“Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is gentle, with aromas of strawberry and raspberry underlined by minerals and a hint of floral. The fruit is vibrant with depth and a savoury element; subtle fine-textured phenolics contribute to weight and mouthfeel. This attractive rosé is vibrant with red fruit, balanced with a hint of savouriness flows effortlessly on a textural palate. Serve as an aperitif or match with antipasto over the next 2-3 years.”
